Welcome to Our Chapter!
A Word from Our President
Welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta at Occidental College. The Eta Mu chapter is a group of sisters who exemplify true womanhood. We Theta women pride ourselves in our philanthropic involvement, leadership within multiple organizations on campus, jobs, internships and other activities off campus, while balancing challenging academic schedules. Overall, our chapter members learn and grow from each other resulting in a group of well-rounded individuals.
Although college lasts for only four years Theta will forever be a part of my life. It is an honor to serve as President and could not be more proud to represent the Eta Mu chapter. I didn't know it at the time, but accepting my bid to become a member of Kappa Alpha Theta was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am blessed to have the ability to call these women my sisters and best friends. Surrounding myself with such intelligent and driven women has helped mold me in to who I am today, and I could not be more grateful.
